What is inside it?
A lab-made version of the calming signal dogs recognise by instinct, released into the air by a gentle warmer. Drug-free, nothing ingested, and species-specific: dogs sense it, people and cats do not.
How long will it take to see results?
Some owners notice a change in the first days. The fair test is a full week plugged in, because the signal has to build and hold in the room. The 90-day guarantee covers you either way.
Where should I use the diffuser?
Plug it directly into a wall socket in the room your dog spends the day in. Not a power strip, not behind furniture, and keep the diffuser head above the vial. One unit holds one room, so a second room needs a second unit.
Is the smell normal?
It is effectively odourless to people, so most owners smell nothing at all. Your dog senses the signal, not a scent. It will not sedate him. He stays himself, just calmer.
Should I unplug it at night?
No. It is designed to run continuously, and the cues that set a dog off are not scheduled. Leave it plugged in around the clock.
How often should I replace the vial?
One vial lasts about 30 days of continuous use. Screw in a fresh refill each month. The diffuser unit itself keeps working.
Why did only part of my order arrive?
Your order arrives in two deliveries. The diffuser and the refill vials are packed and dispatched separately, so they may arrive on different days. You get tracking for each. If only part of your order turns up first, nothing has gone missing.
What if the diffuser stops working?
We replace it. No time limit, no receipt hunting, no returns process. Email us, tell us what happened, and a new one goes out. This covers the diffuser unit itself. Refill vials are consumable and are not covered.
What is the guarantee?
90 days, money back. If it has not helped, email us and we refund you.
How does the subscription work?
You choose how often refills arrive: every 30, 60 or 90 days. Your first order includes the diffuser and vials. After that you receive refill vials only, at your subscription price. Pause, skip or cancel any time from your account or by emailing us.
Will this fix my dog on its own?
No, and we would rather say so. A diffuser is environmental support. What actually treats separation anxiety is graded absence training, and for some dogs veterinary help alongside it. That is why every order includes our Separation Anxiety Playbook, which walks you through the protocol and is honest about what the evidence does and does not show.
